Sifti Riat recently migrated to Australia with experience at traditional restaurants in India (Spice Factory, Bistro, Radisson, Ludhiana) is delighted to now expand her experience with the Aussies.   Sifti has inspired foodies with her cooking instructions for several years.

 

Prabhi Singh, a big foodie himself, specializes in Indian Barbeque and kebabs. He is knwon to bring a fun element to the kitchen by mixing and experimenting with wide variety of ingredients to create a mouth watering dish.

 

Rob Chawla belongs to the family of Chawla Chicken- the largest Indian Fast Food Chain with 4 branches in Australia itself. A practicing chef, he loves to create a fusion of Indian and English Cuisines bringing varied experiences to the teaching kitchen. An explorer by nature, he lives to spread his culinary skills.
